SHIPPING

We send all our products with GLS to parcel shops near you. The delivery time is 3-4 working days from when your product is handed in for dispatch. You have the option of following your package via a tracking number from the time the package is sent until it is delivered.

You also have the option of picking up at our studio in Aarhus, Denmark.

RETURN RIGHT

If you regret your purchase, you have 14 days of full right of return from the day you received your order. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot refund the money.

Shipping are not refunded.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Send an email to info@mettebjergstudio.com with the subject: "Returning" and the order number of your purchase. Please note that you are responsible for the costs associated with the return, unless your return is a result of our error. We do not collect returns from parcel shops, which is why your return must be sent to us directly. We advise you to send the return with a tracking number or to purchase additional shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return otherwise.

As soon as we have received your return, we will refund your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

Always remember to notify us within 8 days of receiving your order if the item is defective or damaged, by email mette@mettebjergstudio.com.

DAMAGES, ERRORS OR OMISSIONS

You should inspect your purchase as soon as you receive the package to check for any damage, errors or defects. Contact us within 8 days of receiving your order at mette@mettebjergstudio.com.
